Senior Real Estate Manager

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Senior Real Estate Manager must be a multi-faceted leader who
oversees several on-site teams throughout a specific portfolio of real estate. In this role, the team
member will lead contractors, manage asset preservation and improvement, identify threats in the
market and create strategies to increase leasing momentum, ensure systems are being utilized
correctly in compliance with company standards, and create, implement and monitor annual
financial plans for company holdings. 

Role Specific Accountabilities

- Create and manage metrics and criteria for which site selection decisions will be made
(research analytics, financial performance, revenue prediction models).
- Communicate regularly with owners and investor on vacancy rates, tenant’s issues, physical
condition of property and financial expenses.
- Collect rents, deposit and manage financial expenses, budgeting and reporting from
properties and the company's subsidiary.
-Plan and develop modernization and revitalization renovations to properties; ensure
construction projects meet building codes and work areas adhere to safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emergencies during the construction
projects.
- Facilitate property maintenance issues, including regular maintenance and repairs,
negotiating contracts with vendors and conducting property inspections, to ensure property is
in good working order and well maintained. - Professionally resolve tenant’s complaints and
property concerns; proving efficiency on resolving emergencies.
- Develop new business by pursuing potential clients and persistently following up.

Qualifications

Above average computer literacy in Microsoft Office and savvy social media skills. A win-win
attitude, keen listening skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and delegate with
ease, and the desire to contribute and lead a team to success.
