Project 01: Electric Vehicle – Techno-Commercial Analysis
Module-1 : Basics of EV (14 Days)
In this module, intern needs to go through the basics of Electric Vehicle. They need to read
and understand the working, designing, components, types, manufacturer and
effectiveness of EV. The overall of impact of EV in environment. Pros and Cons of using EV
on a large scale. All other relevant information on EV. They need to prepare a list of 20 new
terms that they learned and understand in this module.
Module-2 : Techno-Commercial Analysis of EV (14 Days)
In this module, interns need to perform a detailed technical and commercial analysis of any
available EV of any reputed company. The technical features along with effectiveness of EV
should be analyzed, along with the on-road commercial analysis and comparison with
different diesel variant.
Module-3: Challenges of EV Industry (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to list the challenges faced by EV industry, while launching
it to a large scale in different countries of world and also in India. Please specify means of
mitigation of challenges.
Module-4: Success so-far and Final Submission (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to identify and document the success of EV in different
scenarios. They need to prepare final internship report using our corporate standard format.
Then after final checklist the internship will be over.
NOTE: Each intern needs to complete and submit SMART TASK at the end of each module, then only they can start
working on the next module.

Project 02: Project Finance – Modeling and Analysis
Module-1 : Basics of Project Finance (14 Days)
In this module, intern needs to go through the basics of Project Finance and Non-Recourse
Debt. How its different from Corporate Finance. What are the eligible sectors for project
finance and why? All other relevant information and terminologies related to Project
Finance. They need to prepare a list of 20 new terms that they learned and understand in
this module.
Module-2 : Understanding Financial Modeling of Projects (14 Days)
In this module, we will provide a simple financial model of a project having individual equity
and non-recourse debt. The intern needs to analyze the model and understand each
applicable calculation on respective sheets.
Module-3: Understanding Revenue Models of Sectors (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to understand the revenue models of all the different
sectors/ projects where project finance is feasible. The revenue detailing along with the
rationale of project finance should be analyzed.
Module-4: Financial Modeling and Final Submission (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to prepare a detailed financial model of a project from the
list provided. They need to prepare final internship report using our corporate standard
format. Then after final checklist the internship will be over.

Project 03: Green Building – Calculation and Ratings
Module-1 : Basics of Green Building (14 Days)
In this module, intern needs to learn and understand the basics of green building and
energy efficient buildings. Its importance and properties. How EPI (Energy Performance
Index) and SEC ( Specific Energy Consumption is calculated in different building.
Optimization of Heat and Electric loads in Buildings.
Module-2 : Rating Systems of Green Buildings (14 Days)
In this module, an intern needs to do a detailed study on GRIHA (Indian Rating System)
and USGBC (World Rating System) of Green Buildings. The complete process, similarities
and difference between two systems.
Module-3: Designing Concepts of Green Building (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to study and understand current concepts of passive solar
architecture and designing of energy efficient buildings. Along with respective load
calculations.
Module-4: Implementations So-Far and Final Submission (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to list down all the activities and implementations of Green
Buildings in India and different part of world. They need to prepare final internship report
using our corporate standard format. Then after final checklist the internship will be over.

Project 04: Waste to Energy – MSW Management
Module-1 : Basics of Wastes and Solid Wastes (14 Days)
In this module, intern needs to go through the basics of different types of wastes. Their
segregation and sorting and detailing. Different types of solid wastes. Their decomposition
methods issues and challenges of waste decomposition.
Module-2 : Municipal Solid Waste Management (14 Days)
In this module, interns need to understand the municipal solid wastes and its management.
Which includes open dumping, sanitary landfill, MSWM Units etc? How few municipalities in
India like Indore are able to manage solid wastes (detailed analysis).
Module-3: Waste to Energy Systems (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to analyze various solid waste management products
utilization and generation of energy from it. Such as RDF, Incinerator Fertilizers etc. Along
with the pros and cons of energy generation from waste.
Module-4: Implementations So-Far and Final Submission (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to list down all the activities and implementations of MSWM
in India and different part of world. They need to prepare final internship report using our
corporate standard format. Then after final checklist the internship will be over.

Project 05: Solar PV – Simulation and Designing
Module-1 : Basics of Solar PV Power Plant (14 Days)
In this module, intern needs to go through the basics of Solar PV Power Project. Its
components and installation. PV Panels, Inverters, Transformers, Electrical Designing (AC
and DC). System sizing and calculations. Solar Resource Assessment.
Module-2 : AEP Simulation using Software (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to install anyone software PVSyst, PV Watts or SAM. Then
they need to learn and do the simulation to calculate Annual Energy Production of Solar PV
Plant on a given location.
Module-3: Loss Analysis of Solar Project (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to understand the simulation report of Solar PV plant. They
need to list down all the losses in the plant, their definition and values.
Module-4: Achievements So-Far and Final Submission (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to prepare a detailed developments and policy of Govt of
India regarding Solar PV. They need to prepare final internship report using our corporate
standard format. Then after final checklist the internship will be over.

Project 06: Climate Change and Sustainable Development
Module-1 : Understanding CC and SD (14 Days)
In this module, intern needs to go through the basic concepts and theory of Climate Change
and Sustainable Development. What causes CC? And its relation to Carbon Foot prints of
population and organizations. How green house emission, raise of sea level, and CC are
connected with the instability of Climate in last 100 years. What are the various Sustainable
Development measures and methods are implemented to fight CC. Especially in India,
China and EU.
Module-2 : International Protocols and Agreements (14 Days)
In this module, The interns need to go through all the international agreements signed till
now (in detail). Kyoto Protocol, Paris Agreement etc. They have to find out post signing the
agreements what changed and how much in various countries.
Module-3: Analysis of Methods of SDP (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to analyze the methods used by corporate and government
for adopting the Sustainable Development Practices for minimizing the Climate Change.
They also need to go through various reports and understand the SD reporting in corporate
organizations.
Module-4: Achievements So-Far and Final Submission (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to prepare a detailed list of activities and achievements
done till now over CC and SD in India and other parts of world. They need to prepare final
internship report using our corporate standard format. Then after final checklist the
internship will be over.

Project 07: Case Study and Analysis
Module-1 : Profile and Skill Analysis (14 Days)
In this module, interns need to do reverse engineering on the job profiles that he/she wants
to have. They need to analyze the job description along with skills and knowledge required
for that job. They have to make a proper planning for enhancing their skills and the
knowledge. Interns need to search for the basics of case study learning and analysis.
Module-2 : Basic Case Study Analysis (14 Days)
In this module, we will give a list of 25 case studies (real life) to each intern and they need
to a basic analysis of 10 case studies. Interns also have to make their methodology for
analyzing the case study (basics and advanced) and creating the learning curve.
Module-3: Advance Case Study Analysis and Reporting (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs to select one case study from the list and perform a
detailed analysis on it. This detailed / advanced analysis should be documented with a
proper format. The rationale behind each strategy and the reasons for the failure and
success of it should be explained.
Module-4: Planning, Strategy and Decision Making (14 Days)
In this module, the intern needs develop a proper methodology for planning and strategizing
anything in their life. Process of decision making. They need to prepare final internship
report using our corporate standard format. Then after final checklist the internship will be
over.
