Office Property Inquiry for Mr. Jim

Tom Baker writes a letter on behalf of his boss, Mr. Jim, requesting information about renting office space at 4 place Jean Moulin. He asks if a single floor can be rented, which companies share the building site, how many floors the building has, parking location and costs, and if there is natural light. In an opinion paragraph, the author says a company's location is important for its image and should be in a city center near people. The building appearance also matters, as modern buildings attract more interest than old ones. An ideal location would be in a city center near a park with a view.

In my opinion, company’s location is a huge factor for the corporate image. The corporate needs to be
placed in a city center, where there a large amount of people who can see the corporate and even to
come and get some of corporate services. Nobody will show interest if the corporate is situated in a
downtown building.

Another important aspect is the building apeareance. Nowdays, people tend to show interest for huge
modern buildings rather then old one. My desired corporate location would be in a city center, near a
lake or a park, with a great view of the town.
