Flat Slab Panel Design Calculations

The document provides calculations for the design of a flat slab interior panel with column dimensions of 0.9m x 0.45m and spans of 10m x 6m. Load calculations determine the factored live and dead loads. Moment calculations are done for the short and long spans. Reinforcement area (Ast) is calculated for different regions of the slab based on the moments, rebar sizes, concrete strength and yield strength. The total Ast required is 88086.59 mm2. Thickness is selected as 0.3m based on deflection criteria.
