BUSINESS AGREEMENT
THIS INDENDURE OF BUSINES AGREEMENT is entered on this the 10 th April 2014
by and between JAYARAMA.R. son of RAMAKRISHNAPPA. V aged about 38 years, residing
at #1031/B-1, Annexure Building, 1st Floor, Opp SBI Bank, Panchamanthara Road,
Kuvempunagar, Mysore – 570023 (hereinafter called the First Party) one the one part;
AND
GURURAJ T RAMAJJANAVAR son of THEERTHAPPA, aged 23 years, residing at
Khandebagur Village, Masur Post, Hirekerur Tq, Haveri District – 581210, (hereinafter called
the second party) on the other part,
Whereas the first party and the second party are known to each other and the first party
with an intention to carry out On Line Trading Business expressed his willingness with the
second party and requested the second party to invest a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lakhs
only) in his business. The second party has also agreed to invest the above said amount an the
following terms and conditions.
NOW THIS DEEDS WITHNESSETS AS FOLLOWS :B
1) That the second party has paid a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lakhs only) to the first
party before the below mentioned witness and the first party hereby acknowledges the
receipt of Rs. 1,00,000/- from the second party.
2) The first has assured the second party to pay 10% (i.e., Rs. 10,000/- per month) of the
income on the total investment of Rs. 1,00,000/- paid by the second party on every month
and the first party has assured that the amount prornised to pay by the first party does not
cover the market risk.
3) The first party further agrees that irrespective of the fluctuation in the share market he is
bound to pay assured income of Rs. 10,000/- per month to the second party.
4) If the second party is desirous to with draw her investment she has to cause one month
prior notice to the first party and the first party is liable to repay the amount of Rs.
1,00,000/- after the receipt of one month notice from the second party without any delay.
5) Both first and second party has agreed to approach the Civil Court in case of any breach
in the contract by either of the parties. The jurisdiction will be Mysore City for sue one
another in the event of any breach.
IN WITHNESS WHEREOF both the parties after understanding the terms and conditions of this
agreement have affixed their respective signatures to this Indenture of Business agreement on the
date, month and year first above mentioned at Mysore.

BHARATHI B.K. w/o K. BALAKRISHNA, aged 57 years, residing at #1, MIG 542, 1 ST
Floor, 1st Phase, IInd Stage, Sharadadevi Nagar, Mysore, Karnataka - 570023 (hereinafter called
the second party) on the other part,
Whereas the first party and the second party are known to each other and the first party
with an intention to carry out On Line Trading Business expressed his willingness with the
second party and requested the second party to invest a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lakhs
only) in his business. The second party has also agreed to invest the above said amount an the
following terms and conditions.
NOW THIS DEEDS WITHNESSETS AS FOLLOWS :
1) That the second party has paid a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lakhs only) to the first
party before the below mentioned witness and the first party hereby acknowledges the
receipt of Rs. 1,00,000/- from the second party.
2) The first has assured the second party to pay 6% (i.e., Rs. 6,000/- per month) of the
income on the total investment of Rs. 1,00,000/- paid by the second party on every month
and the first party has assured that the amount prornised to pay by the first party does not
cover the market risk.
3) The first party further agrees that irrespective of the fluctuation in the share market he is
bound to pay assured income of Rs. 6,000/- per month to the second party.
4) If the second party is desirous to with draw her investment she has to cause one month
prior notice to the first party and the first party is liable to repay the amount of Rs.
1,00,000/- after the receipt of one month notice from the second party without any delay.
5) Both first and second party has agreed to approach the Civil Court in case of any breach
