Using the following governance outcome survey calculate the governance performance
measure for an organisation of your choice. Explain the government performance measure
value you get in terms of business/IT alignment.
Importance of outcome = 5+5+4+5 = average 4.75

Influence of IT governance = 5+4+4+5 = average 4.5

Survey = Sum of (importance of outcome * influence of IT Governance) * 100 / (5*importance of


outcome)

= 4.75 * 4.5 * 100 / 5 * 4.75

= 2137.5/23.75

= 90

Therefore governance performance of Ooredoo Maldvies PLC is 90
