Interview Project
CONCLUSION

I felt like I learnt so much about how beautiful life is. The maturation process truly showed

how different we see life depending on the life stage we are currently living. Every person

lives through stages differently but it is amazing to see how the age affects on the view and

focus there is on life. From Owen, who is dying to be a crocodile, to Sebastian, my dad’s

friend, who has everything sorted out and dedicates his life to enjoying what he has built up

to now.

I had a blast talking to the different stages in life, I felt like I was living a movie through all

of them, and I can see the ending scene of that movie as a happy one. I was surprised at a

lot of the answers I receive. I had expected certain interviewees to have a normal and

mature response to respond something completely goofy responses, and the other way

around. I expected the children I interviewed to be just kids, but they impressed me with

some really mature responses.

My favorite interview was my nephew Owen’s. I love how simple he sees life, how he

finds joy in everything he does, how he loves life in the simplest yet real way. The way he

has no worries, and his greatest regret is not being able to be a crocodile. This taught me so

much in so many levels. We have nothing to regret, what we have done makes us who we

are.

I enjoyed seeing how evident the issues discussed in class were. I feel like it truly

connected in every way. How I could detect certain topics we were seeing just by asking
them some basic questions. It made me feel like I was truly soaked in the subject, and

reaffirmed that this is what I love.
