PowerPoint Master Slides and Templates Guide

Master slide controls formatting and layout for all slides in a presentation. It determines aspects like themes, backgrounds, fonts and slide positions. The slide master view allows editing the master slide to make universal changes across all slides. Templates can contain preset layouts, colors, fonts and other formatting that can be reused and shared. Animations add movement to objects on slides and control how they move in and around slides, with different types including entrance, emphasis, exit and motion paths. Sounds and videos can also be inserted to make presentations more interactive. Completed templates can be saved for reuse in other presentations.
