Dear Sir,

I am writing to state that It was decided in a formal meeting with Executive Director that three quality
checkers will be deployed in three shifts in packing unit. As per requirement we need some trained
people for this post. I recommend that we should promote our three most senior people as Quality
Checker and should hire three helpers in their replacement. The short-listed people are given below.

 Mr. Muhammad Sajid – 8 years of Experience


 Mr. Muhammad Fiaz – 8 years of Experience
 Mr. Muhammad Shafi – 3 years of Experience.

Moreover, we will increase their salaries i.e. PKR 18,500/_
