CHAPTER 1

Executive Summery
Webilders is a web developing firm consists of five web designers that provides the service of
building websites for different organizations. We help our employers to have a pleasant
experience in which they are satisfied by having what they are looking for. We have satisfactory
experience of developing websites know how to build a website that suits our employer’s
preferences in a timely manner which saves the hassle and countless hours of building a website
themselves. We offer variety of templates to our clients so that they get the chance to choose
according to their preferences or they have also the freedom to customize the templates
The basis of this project is to present how Webuilders web developing company helped
TicketsBD which is an E-Commerce firm for online ticket booking. To complete the project it
took 6 weeks which is 1.1 months.
This project was very helping in terms of learning the procedure for developing a website from
making a project charter to launch and evaluation.

Introduction
In this era of online technology every one of us expects to do most of our works online to save
money and time. Keeping that in mind TikcetsBD formed an online ticket booking firm to
provide the consumers the easiest way of booking tickets online and make the payment within
the boundaries of their house.
TicketsBD gave the responsibility for developing their website to Webilders, a website
developing firm with 5 professional web designers.

Background Problem
In this modern marketplace for becoming successful a company needs to have a professional
website. It helps firms to build a clear brand image to the consumers about what the brand is
about. TicketsBD wanted to gain the customer loyalty and create high switching cost for their
consumers. So they decided to build an E-Commerce firm.
TicketsBD wanted to put their skills and time into building their firm efficiently instead of
spending hours of hours developing a website which can be built by professionals with the same
preferences and less money and time that too with efficiency. So TicketsBD decided to hire us
assist them while building their website according to their preferences
Project goals and value to Stakeholders

Scope Analysis
Webuilders needed the functionality of TicketsBD and the requirements they wanted to put on
the website to define the scope definition.
Initially we with assistance of TicketsBD we tried to analyze the functionality of the firm. The
firm is designed to provide not only the information of bus, train, and plane and uber service but
also the service for bboking tickets and make the payment for those tickets.
Next we needed to go through the extent to which TicketsBD is allowed to provide service and
information about. TicketsBD will provide information and service for bus, train and plane
service within the border of Bangladesh.
Next we needed the information TicketsBD would needed to gather from the customers. If any
visitor would want to just collect the information about ticket schedules he or she would not need
to log in. In terms of booking a ticket the consumer would have to log in to the website.
The project covers from specifications to design, development, content writing to testing,
security and maintenance and update.

Given above is the link to the website that has been built for TicketsBD by Webuilders.
We have developed the website which will provide information about tcket schedules for bus,
train, plane and Uber service with the service of ticket booking and making the payment.

Conclusion
This project allowed us to have the chance of learning how a website is built. From preparing the
proposal plan to final launch each and every phase is broadly discussed in this project which
helped us enhance the knowledge about web development and relevant procedures. We might
had to face some difficulties completing the project and may have made some mistakes but
overall is has been a very helpful experience.
