I with my group members visited personally this restaurant thrice.
We interviewd his owner who is really cooperative and kind. He told
the whole story from beginning when he sold burgers on low price
and good quality on road to the peak level when he established a
fast food restaurant.
Arshad was not a lioterate bperson but he has the qualities of
entrepreneurs. He was:
Risk Taker
Initiator
Manager of Resources
Customer handler
Planner
Kind and Gentleman
Hard Worker
He worked days and nights for his livelihood and transform his way
from vendor to restaurant owner. We talked about restaurant with
customers and employees, all praises him that he always prefer his
employees and customers.
This study exploits how entrepreneurship evolve a person from
small scale to large scale. We explained him about our project and
aware him about his qualities. He felt mor motivated with our
discussion and offered further help for our project in future.
