A man who runs a Burger stall near Shalimar Garden, Arshad, who has been running a Burger stall and
Cold drinks since last 15 years.

"Arshad is an entrepreneur in a true sense. He has been doing business for 15 years now. Over the
years, he has learned to observe his clients, assess their needs, and provide customized service”.

"He has all the qualities required to run a successful business venture - strategy, planning, creative ideas,
honesty, transparency and zeal to please his customers," Bilal said, adding this was the main reason for
preparing a case study on Arshad.

The study is full of praises for 41-year-old Arshad. "His popularity improves day-by-day. A perceived
value has been generated for “Fast Food”. This benchmarking value in customers was developed
through years of sustained relations,"
Description of business:
Our Fast food business is a new addition in the fast food industry with high aims to
facilitate people with healthy foods, which have marvelous health full ingredients. Our promise
is to give your body healthful products. Due to increasing the needs, wants and demand of foreign
cuisine we decided to launched our fast food center on a small scale. It’s a partnership based
business. And we provided self purchasing services and free home delivery within Shalimar
Town.

The project is about a new business venture. It covers the core concepts that are involved in the
development and implementation of this new company. Taking the initiative and pulling it towards
something unique and different.
This project guides about the company attributes, boosting its early phases to penetrate
through target market identification and segmenting it to different locations, planning for market
positioning, effective pricing strategy, how to promote it to clients through
different mediums and sources and most importantly, the environmental factors that are associated
with the early stages of business development and post variable factors that are major challenges to
the business.

I with my group members visited personally this restaurant thrice.


We interviewd his owner who is really cooperative and kind. He told
the whole story from beginning when he sold burgers on low price
and good quality on road to the peak level when he established a
fast food restaurant.
Arshad was not a lioterate bperson but he has the qualities of
entrepreneurs. He was:

 Kind and Gentleman
 Hard Worker
He worked days and nights for his livelihood and transform his way
from vendor to restaurant owner. We talked about restaurant with
customers and employees, all praises him that he always prefer his
employees and customers.
This study exploits how entrepreneurship evolve a person from
small scale to large scale. We explained him about our project and
aware him about his qualities. He felt mor motivated with our
discussion and offered further help for our project in future.
