LBA will score each proposal using the following weighting system:

HSE - demonstrated systems, past performance 25


Capability -
Depth, Key People (CVs), organisational structure and resources 25
Strategy-Project Management, HV&LV Design & Construction experience 25
Knowledge of LBA 5
Schedule I Cost 20
