AFFIDAVIT

I, CHRISTINE G. JOVER, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence and Postal
address at Block 8 Lot 10, Phase 1, St. Paul’s Village, Brgy. Zone 16, Negros Occidental,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:
That –

1. I am the true and registered owner of a certain parcel of land, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 091-2016001294, more particularly described therein as
follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (LOT 14, BLK. 2, PCS-06-000461 BEING A


PORTION OF THE CONS.-SUBD. SURVEY OF LOT 297-A-1-A (LRC)
PSD-261998; AND 297-A-2, (LRC) PSD- 184742), SITUATED IN THE
POBLACION, MUN. OF TALISAY, PROV. OF NEGROS OCC., ISLAND
OF NEGROS. BOUNDED ON THE NE., ALONG LINES 1-2-3, BY ROAD
LOT 2; ON THE SE., ALONG LINE 3-4 BY LOT 15, BLKK. 2, BOTH OF
THIS CONS.-SUBD. SURVEY ON THE SW., ALONG LINE 4-5 BY LOT
126, TALISAY CADASTRE; AND ON THE NW., ALONG LINE 5-1 BY
LOT 13, BLK. 2 OF THIS CONS.-SUBD. SURVEY. BEGINNING AT A
POINT MARKED”1” ON THE CONS-SUBD. PLAN BEING N. NO. 26,
TALISAY CAD; THENCE S. 15-58 W., 6.89 M. TO POINT 2; S. 74-01 E.,
8.50 M. TO POINT 3; S. 15-58 W., 16.58 M. TO POINT 4; N. 81-05 W.,
17.35 M. TO POINT 5; N. 21-30 E., 19.02 M. TO POINT 1; POINT OF
BEGINNING; CONTAINING AN AREA OF TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY
EIGHT (288) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS. XXXXXX”

2. That at the time the property was purchased, I was still single and my marital status was
indicated as such in Transfer Certificate of Title subsequently issued;

3. That on June 17, 2016, I was legally married to my husband HIROYUKI MORITA, a
Japanese National. A machine copy of our Certificate of Marriage is herein attached as
Annex “A”;

4. That by virtue of such marriage, all properties owned by us, are brought into the
marriage as conjugal property (community property), in accordance with Art. 91 of the
Family Code of the Philippines;

5. That as such, neither I nor my husband HIROYUKI MORITA can alienate the property
without the consent of the other spouse;

6. I execute this Affidavit of Discrepancy to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts, and for
whatever legal purpose/s this may serve.
