o Thank you Jill for that introduction and thank all of you for joining us today
My name is Bill Currant and I am the vice president of Korn Ferry
o Korn Ferry has had a long lasting relationship with First in Ten Investments, Inc.
Over 25 of partnership and job recruitment
o We knew this was going to be our biggest project for the firm yet
o Getting to know CEO Warren Bonds has been so influential for our company and
First in Ten Investments we knew we could not settle for anything less than the
perfect replacement
o We vetted 10 extremely qualified and passionate applicants and after many follow up
interviews we brought 3 candidates to the board of First in Ten Investments
o With our guidance and coordination we then found the perfect fit for First in Ten
Investments New CEO
It is my pleasure to announce the President and CEO as Ms. Mariah Cash
o Mariah stood out from the beginning of our search because of here influential work
done as VP of Finance at Wells Fargo
Her relationship with clients was like none-other and her leadership skills are
impeccable
o What really set Mariah apart was the fact that working at First in Ten Investments
would be coming home
Mariah grew up in Orlando, Florida then went to FSU for her undergrad in
corporate finance then briefly went out of state to get her MBA from Wharton
at the University of Pennsylvania and then worked her way up the leadership
ladder at Wells Fargo
Mariah has decided to bring her husband and two girls home to First in Ten
Investments and we are so glad to welcome her
