Project Proposal: Morals of Citizenry Seminar

Background
Moral values and beliefs are important factors that dictates a person’s choices and actions. As a member
of the society, having good moral values can immensely improve the community’s well being. Knowing
what’s wrong and right, and having the patience and the right perspective, will help in making correct
decisions.
However, because of difficult circumstances, not everyone is fortunate enough to receive proper
education. While most, due to poverty, had to live in harsh environments where morals and values are
seldom upheld and they are forced to perform unlawful acts just to earn a living.
Thus, due to these following reasons, we propose to conduct a “Morals of Citizenry Seminar” in order to
educate and remind the citizens of Brgy. Bagong Buhay the proper moral values and beliefs.

Objectives
This project aims to informs the citizens of Brgy. Bagong Buhay regarding the following topics:

 Values formation and education


 Human Rights Promotion
 Conduct Bible Sessions/Fellowship
 Promotion of Good citizenship values

Scope
Speakers from various organizations and institutions will be invited to give lectures that will provide the
necessary information needed to achieve the objectives listed above. The attendees will be encouraged to
participate in various team building activities that will help further develop the lessons they learned
through the course of the seminar. Fliers and handouts with more information will also be provided to every
attendee.
