Education is a limitless and unending process to be enjoyed for a lifetime. The Delhi Public
School, Faridabad endeavours to help all its student become happy, confident and enthusiastic
learners so that they can realise their full potential and become well rounded personalities with
self-confidence, compassion and leadership abilities.
Special classes are conducted in the fields of academics, sports and performing arts to help
each child fulfil his dreams and goals. The learners with High Order Skills of cognition, analysis,
reasoning, evaluation and problem solving are trained and scaffolded to participate in various
competitive examinations at the State, the National and the International levels. They are
provided guidance, worksheets, assignments complemented with periodic mock tests. They
are also encouraged to collaborate, discuss, debate and work as productive teams with focus
and perseverance.
SOME OF OUR RECENT STAR PERFORMERS :
* Maths Wizard, Anushka Aggarwal, won Bronze Medal in EGMO (European Girls
Mathematical Olympiad) at Ukraine.
* Gunjan Aggarwal and Sameer were awarded a silver medal each in IGO. (Iranian
Geometry Olympiad).
* 4 students qualified for INMO (Indian National Mathematical Olympiad).
* 8 Students of classes XI and XII qualified for the final level of the prestigious KVPY
(Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna) exam.
* 4 students qualified to participate in IJSO (International Junior Science Olympiad), INAO
and INCHO.
* 8 students qualified for the second level of AMC (American Mathematical Contest) to
participate in AIME (American Invitational Mathematics Examination).
* 5 students of class X qualified for the final level of NTSE (National Talent Search
examination); Anilesh Bansal secured state rank 2 at level 1.
* 25 students have qualified for final level of DPS SMTE (Science and Mathematics Talent
Examination).
* School teams of Classes V, VIII and X bagged the Winners' Trophy of Ramanujan Inter
school Mathematics Competition.
* School teams of Classes V and VIII are Runner's Up of Aryabhatta Inter School
Mathematics Competition.

This year also to prepare students for various competitive exams, classes will be conducted, as per
details given below.

VI - VIII Preparation for Aryabhatta & Ramanujan (Inter-School Maths Competition
for Class VIII only), Olympiads of Maths, Science and Computers conducted Rs. 11,000
by SOF & Silver Zone, ANCQ, TOT, AMC and other competitions.
IV - V Preparation for Aryabhatta and Ramanujan (Inter- School Maths Competition
for Class V only), Olympiads of Maths, Science and Computers conducted Rs. 10,000
by SOF & Silver Zone and other competitions.
Competitive classes will be conducted every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for classes V
to X and every Tuesday and Saturday for class IV.

Participation will be based on the 'Screening Test' along with the academic record of the previous
session.
Transport facility will be provided to the students both at the time of arrival and dispersal.
Lunch will be provided to the students on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Payment is to be made online through the student portal on a date which will be duly intimated.
