Ridge Counter Setup for Fingerprint Scanning

First, download and extract the "Ridge Counter" file from the received email. This will create a folder containing the application. Open this folder and run the Ridge Counter application. Select a fingerprint image file to open by clicking "File" then "Open". Set the application to count 1 core and 1 delta, then click these on the image one by one before clicking "Count". The ridge count result will then be displayed as the first numbers shown.

First of all, download “Ridge Counter” from the mail that you have received..

Then Extract that file first (To Extract The File Just Right click on the file and then click on “Extract Here”)

Then it will look like picture below..

Open This Folder

Now Run This


Application
Now click On “File”
And click on “Open”
and then select the
Fingerprint you want
to count

Now set “Cores” and


“Deltas” to 1 and Click
On “Define”
Now click on 1 Core
and 1 Delta one by
one.

And then Click On


“Count”

Then it will show


some numbers.
And the first numbers
are your “Ridge
count”
