goal is to garner 30 million Brazilians and 60 million Latin Americans as members via a growth

The Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part
of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from
conception to deployment.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both frontend and backend coding
languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player
with a knack for visual design and utility.
If you’re also familiar with Cloud Computing and Agile methodologies, have good
communication and organization skills, as well as attention to details, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
❏ Participate in projects from conception to finished product.
❏ Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
❏ Design client-side and server-side architecture, following patterns and practices defined
by our Architecture team.
❏ Build the front-end of applications with appealing visual design and great usability, in

partnership with User Experience and User Interface Designers.
❏ Develop and manage well-functioning databases and cloud-based backend applications.
❏ Write manageable, reusable and effective Application Programming Interfaces.
❏ Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency; implement Unit Tests and
Integration Tests as needed.
❏ Troubleshoot, debug, refactor and enhance existing software.
❏ Produce software compliant with security and data protection rules.
❏ Build frontend features and applications with a mobile-oriented, responsive design
mindset.
❏ Write technical documentation and follow good Application Lifecycle Management best
practices.
❏ Work with data scientists and business analysts to continuously improve software.
Requirements
❏ Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
❏ Experience developing Mobile applications (Android and/or iOS) mandatory; Web
development experience highly desirable.
❏ Familiarity with common software development stacks.
❏ Knowledge of multiple frontend languages, frameworks and libraries, especially ones
related to Mobile and Web development.
❏ Knowledge of multiple backend languages and frameworks.
❏ Familiarity with databases, Web servers and UI/UX design.
❏ Strong organizational and project management skills.
❏ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
❏ Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Ideal Characteristics
❏ Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field is desirable.
❏ Deep knowledge of Java and knowledge of Flutter / Dart is a big plus.
❏ Knowledge of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem is a plus.
