INTRODUCTION

Arera Trauma & Critical Care Hospital is a very well equipped multispecialty hospital. The
hospital has 30 beds for various branches of medical care.

Our Hospital is multistory building located on the main road. The hospital is designed
spaciously with ample light and ventilation. The hospital has big rooms with an attached
bathroom, T.V., Fridge, intercom and an emergency bell. Every room has a centralized
oxygen supply. There is a generator with AMF for power failures. The hospital has a
stretcher lift for convenience of patients. There is an in house pharmacy and pathology
service. Also the hospital is well equipped with fire safety devices. There is a bore which
provides continuous water supply to the hospital.

The hospital has a team of dedicated doctors from various medical and surgical specialties
supported by well qualified and experienced nursing and supportive staff to provide
round the clock services to the patients.

 GENERAL NOTES

The schedule of rates that follows is the current Schedule and replaces any previous
Schedule of Rates.
The rates may be changed from time to time with prior information.

Off time Services Charges: Services given in ‘Off time’; that is from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
will be charged 20% extra.
All the charges mentioned in this schedule of charges are in Indian Rupees.

Medicine, Drug, Consumables etc. would be given patient from hospital pharmacy and
will be charged on MRP basis. Replacement of medicine, drugs, consumable etc are not
allowed.

Management of ARERA HOSPITAL reserves all rights regarding patient care, Treatment
and related management issues.

All Precautions have been taken to ensure accuracy of the schedule. However, in case of
any discrepancy the rates will be as decided by the Management of ARERA HOSPITAL.
All Matters are subjected to Bhopal Jurisdiction.

10 % of Total Hospital Bill will be charged as service charges as per the norms of M.P.
Nursing associated. In case Insurance Company doesn’t pay bill amount then bill amount
will be directly collected from patient.
