Areas for improvement are:

-communication skills

-financial product development

a) According to the performance appraisal on Bikki KC few result key areas like Product development
and Finance management need to be improved. He needs to implement new set of financial
management procedures that should be cost effective to the organisation and in product
development he needs to come up with new innovations for the marketing.
Other areas like leadership skills were good, staff feedback indicates that he has been motivation
for the team.

b) After discussion with the team members about the performance appraisal, the outcome
was very effective. Overall performance was satisfactory and some key result areas like
communication and finance management needs improvement.

c) The process I’ll use to monitor and evaluate performance on a continuous basis are as follows:

-provide informal or formal feedback to staff on a regular basis

-advise relevant people where there is poor performance and take necessary actions

-Provide on –the job coaching when necessary to improve performance and to confirm excellence in
performance

-document performance in accordance with the organizational performance management system

-conduct formal structured feedback sessions as necessary and in accordance with organizational policy
