INTRODUCTION

People in the Philippines just love personalized printing. We can customize items

depends on the customer’s choice and almost everyone is using the unique type of items

either for the purpose of gift giving or for personalized use. Anyone is capable putting up

personalize printing services with the proper balance of time, funds, equipment, consumable,

manning and ample knowledge is sufficient to run the business smoothly. Nowadays, printing

shirts are almost seen everywhere; organizational shirt, the school logos printed on it,

advertisement printed on shirt, title of an event, quotable phrases and more ideas printed on

shirts, not only a shirt but also can be tarpaulin, document printing, lamination, I.D. package,

tumblers, mugs, and so on.

There are many process of transferring a design to a shirt or a thing, it can be a

computer printed design, screen printing process, heat press transferred images and

sublimations. Sublimation printed designs are common in the market today. It can be printed

on a shirt in just a few minutes or he can even personalize a design that he/she like to be

print. Our business is targeting these opportunities to give them a unique design that will

surely be appreciated by our customers. In addition to this, we also aim to create our

exceptional own printed design for some customers who conduct an events and some small

companies in the country.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This chapter includes the Business Name, Business Logo, and Tagline, Business

Location, Nature of Business and the Mission, Vision, Objectives, Goals and the SWOT

Analysis of the Business. This chapter focus on how our Business name start and how we can

catch up the customer’s attention using our business name, logo, and our tagline. It also

shows how we figure out the possible strength, weakness, opportunity and threat that we can

face in the following days of having this printing business.

BUSINESS NAME

We choose “Rapid Ink” for the name of our business because we assure that all

services we can do for our customers can be done in timely manner and this name is easy to

remember by everyone. We offer printing services with unique design and customized like

tarpaulin, i.d. package, printing of documents, t-shirts and other items that you want to make

more attractive and presentable printed items with high quality and affordable price.

The location of our business located at Phase1 Package1 Block22 Lot5 Bagong Silang

Caloocan City beside of Phase 1 Auditorium and in front of Gabriela Silang Elementary

School. This location is applicable for printing business because of the students, teachers and

people who go to barangay hall that always avail printing services.

Rapid Ink is a Service Type of business that offers printing services in t-shirts, photo

packaging, printing documents, lamination and also customized items that the customers

need in order for them to have their own personal things or giveaways when there is an event

or occasions like Birthdays, Weddings, or Christening. We also accept customize designs

from our beloved customers to give them the opportunity and honor to create their own style.
