HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding entered into on 14th jan, 2020 at New


Delhi between the Higher Education Institute of address 311,2nd floor main
road chattarpur above yes bank New Delhi 110074 and Mr. Hitanshu
holding Adhaar no. 838648123322 educational professional services here in
after referred to as faculty located at Delhi.
WHEREAS-

The parties have preliminary discussions in this matter and have ascertained
areas of broad consensus. The parties now, have therefore, agreed to enter in
writing these areas of consensus, under a Memorandum of Understanding.

Now this Memorandum of Understanding witnesses that:

 By entering into this contract, both the Institute and the teacher hereby agree to the
following:
 1. Employment Period: The teacher is employed as a part time teacher from 14 th Jan and
extending to 31st Jan
 2. Hours of Work: The teacher will work depending on the number of classes scheduled for
him/her by the institute.
 3. Responsibilities of the Employee:
a. The teacher shall work to the best of his/her abilities to teach online and offline to his/her
students as efficiently as possible and within the general goals and guidelines set forth by the
institute. The teacher will familiarize him/herself with the institute policies, programs and
curriculum and attempt to meet the general timetable outlined by institute.

c. The teacher shall conduct and dress him/herself in a professional manner.

d. The teacher shall prepare for each class, before any online recording or offline class.

e. If the teacher cannot come to work for some reason, s/he should inform the institute, as
well as work in advance with the institute to find a suitable substitute. The teacher must also
inform the substitute of the components to be taught during his/her absence. If these
conditions are not met, the teacher will be considered truant and shall be held responsible
for any related losses, financial or otherwise.

Terms and condition:


 All the recorded videos by you belongs to higher education institute and will be used
on higher education app for online coaching.
 No Raw or final video will be shared with you.
 Payment will be done after the completion of videos, in the form of cheque,bank
transfer or cash.
I am agreeing to all these terms and condition and won’t raise any issue related this work in

future. .
