Reaction Paper: Amazon and Autrailia’s Forest Fires

Our world, which is Earth, has been around with us since the first generations of
humans existed. As we live in this world, we called this our home and as we live for
survival we relied to Mother Nature and all that we know is that she is happy to help us in
many ways and we had a big debt to her. But now, living in this world which I also called
home was really nice and good until I saw the news of the forest fires that allegedly
trapped many animals in the forest and also the trees or vegetations that has been burned
down because of the forest fire. The Amazon rainforest has a really big role in our
ecosystem and so does the Australia’s forests. As this go on, many vegetation and trees
are burned further and also many countless animals were killed by these fires. As for
today, the fire in Australia’s forests are still lit up and people are expecting for heavy rain
to really stop the fire. It really is a big calamity and I was really flabbergasted with the
news.

As a human being living in this world and also using the resources of Mother
Nature, I am here to stand as a brave person to do the best of my ability to help Mother
Nature free from these pains. It is time now that we help Mother Nature, at least little in
some ways and we humans need to work together to become one for our home will not
be damaged or destroyed. As this fire goes on, it will greatly impact the life of the people
who is living there and will severely damage the economy or either the environment for
people and other living beings there and will really cause psychological and social effects.
It is best that we do something rather than waiting for it to be gone. Because this is our
only home.

In today’s generation, Mother Nature is really fighting all the pains from human
made disasters and also to natural disasters. She has been enduring this for us humans
to live the life we’ve been living now. As a student whose still on the verge of growing
physically and maturely, I’ll say that we need to protect the things that Mother Nature
intended to like the forests, animals, trees, and any other essential part of this world to
live in because these are part of making the world become a good place or good
environment to grow with. We must not overcome ourselves by greediness and know that
our nature has a limit, Earth has a limit, and if we outstandingly help Earth to be a better
place then this limit will overgrow and we humans can live peacefully on this world and
lengthen the life of our home. That is why these forest fires should be gone by helping to
lift out those fires and by becoming one as a community in the world so that we can start
to help and heal the wounds of our Mother Nature.
