SSG Resolution for Clean-Up Drive

TOGETHER WITH THE YES-O ORGANIZATION, STUDENTS AND TEACHERS OF MALITBOG
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO CONDUCT A ONE HOUR CLEAN UP DRIVE WITHIN THE VICINITY OF

LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH 4 PM UNTIL 5 PM

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government of Malitbog National High School recognizes the cause as to why students
come late during rainy days and in the noon time. Thus, they are eager to help to solve the problem.

WHEREAS, the STUDENTS of Malitbog National High School had a hard time walking at least half kilometer to reach
the main gate of the school specially during rainy days and noon time.

WHEREAS, the SSG council abides the revised constitution and by-laws of the supreme student government under article
3 section 2 under letter f. Serve and protect student’s right and welfare.

WHEREAS, the SSG council agreed to request Hon. Nelson Cahayag to do an immediate action regarding this matter for
the welfare and security of the students.

NOW THEREFORE on motion by Kirk Gonzolado SSG officer and duly seconded by Jhea Mae Ayop the said motion
was approved.
