Installment Percentage
Booking advance at First Floor Slab Level 70%
1. Within 3 months of booking or
On Completion of Brick Working & Plastering 10%
2. Within 6 months of booking or
On Completion of Electrical Wiring & Plumbing 10%
3. Within 9 months of booking or
On Completion of Flooring Painting 5%
4. Handover 5%
Total 100%
Note: All cheques / drafts to be made in favor of “MAK PROJECTS PRIVATE
LIMITED,” payable at Hyderabad.
EAST / NORTH / PARK FACING / CORNER VILLA (if available): 7.5% extra on villa
cost.
North East Facing Villa (if available): 10% extra on villa cost.
The above payment plan is excluding Corpus Fund, Registration and other taxes.
Any deposit to be paid to HMWSSB / APCPDCL or any other authority shall be paid
by the Purchaser.
Additional amount for providing 100% power back up.
If the area of the Plot / Villa varies from the specified, the price payable by the
purchaser shall be adjusted accordingly.
