Mathematics is largely about statistics, which involves collecting and comparing data to create prediction equations. Around 75% of mathematics concepts and skills relate to statistics. Did you know that at least 75 percent of contents of
mathematics is about statistics?

To understand statistics, we must also understand how to compare and to

create prediction equations and related incentives that are provided by
such equations: First, we collect data of interest. Next, we draw the scatter
graphs to anticipate or learn about the nature of the equations: linear
equation, quadratic equation, exponential equation, trigonometric equation
and so forth. Once that is done, we create the appropriate equations or
mathematical models: single or simultaneous equations.
Further, as it is always the case in science, business and other
formalized life aspects: Economic growth in areas of population,
employment, inflation, finance, engineering and so forth we determine the
rate of change: growth, constant and decaying at any point of interest as:

integrate (or sum) to determine the quantity (popularly area under the
curve, volume, distance and so forth) within the specified range.

So, at least 75 percent of the knowledge and skills of mathematics is
about statistics. The differences of many topics are mainly reflected in their
nomenclatures and strategies of manipulating data and expressions.
To sum up, all topics in this book focus on the achievement of the
assimilation of mathematics concepts, theories and practices to understand
and apply statistics appropriately. More importantly and briefly we learn
how to create mathematical models or predictions equation (Chapter 15).
Such equations facilitate the analysis and interpretation of the recorded
data. Finally, to emphasize what we already know, the ultimate end of
statistics is generally about the comparison (or application of logic) and
estimations or predictions to know more about life. So if students will not
major mathematics at advanced stages, all basic contents of statistics must
be taught to them before joining a senior secondary schooling or college as
Additional Mathematics or do the same as Basic Applied Mathematics
during their further studies.
