Message from Organizing Chairs

On behalf of organizing committee, I am delighted to see professors, researchers, colleagues,

and participants from ASEAN country and other countries around the world, all in one place.
This conference is supported stronger by AUN/SEED-Net to provide opportunities for
enhancing collaboration and exploring current interdisciplinary topics.
It is an honor and pleasure for National University of Laos (NUOL) being part of this event and
would like to greet and welcome you to the Regional Conference on Computer and Information
Engineering (RCCIE 2019) aimed as a platform to gather the latest knowledge in Computer
Engineering, IT, ICT with the spectrum of topics that are current and broad. This is so that
academicians, researchers, scientists, and practitioners can share and discuss new innovations
or finding in these field. I hope this event will be the starting point of collaborative partnership
creation and innovation community building.
We thank AUN/SEED-Net, the conference staffs, participants, session chairs, keynote and
plenary speakers for helping us to build this very exciting conference program. The local
organizing committees will make any possible effort to make sure that your participation will
be scientifically rewarding and a pleasurable experience of our region rich in Computer
Engineering, IT, ICT technology. Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to express my

Message form General chairs

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 5th International Conference on Engineering,

Applied Sciences and Technology (ICEAST 2019). This year ICEAST 2019 is held in
LuangPrabang, Laos, the world heritage city and is co organized by King Mongkut’s Institute
of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), National University of Laos (NUOL), and
Souphanouvong University (SU).
ICEAST2019 is intended to provide an international forum where researchers, practitioners,
and professionals interested in the advances in, applications of Engineering, Applied Sciences
and Technology can exchange the latest research results, and ideas in these areas through
presentation and discussion.
I am very grateful to other Chairs of the Organizing Committee and appreciate to all participants
for their contributions to the success of ICEAST2019. I hope everyone will enjoy this great
conference and a loveable city of LuangPrabang, Laos PDR.
