Dear Candidate,
It is our good pleasure to inform you that your resume has been selected for interview in our company
direct recruitments. We have selected “18” Fresh candidates for “12” vacancies in “Civil Engineering” at different
locations in India & abroad.

As your resume is found satisfactory & selected by our HRD. We are inviting you for an interview at company’s HR –
office on 24-January-2013

You will have to come with the following documents to attend the interview:
• Hard copy of Invitation Mail.
• Mark sheet & Certificate of 10th & 12th. Mark sheet & Degree Certificates of graduation & Post graduation.
• Diploma Holders could come along with their diplomas & other qualification certificates.
• Candidates pursuing their diploma or degree courses could come for the interview. They could submit their
degree/diploma after completion of their course (If Selected).

Company can be offering you as salary with benefits for this posts Rs, 32,540/- to Rs. 84,680/- P.M. ( H.R.A. + D.A. &
other company benefits. )

Air / Train Tickets according to the location of the candidates & accommodation will be provided by the company.

Refundable amount of Rs. 10,470/- is to be deposited by the candidate in cash through any home city branch of Global
Bank branch in Authorized Signatory Gammon India Ltd. Mr. Puran Kumar. Account No. 3206683670666. Last date of
remitting the amount is 05-January-2013.

Candidates will have to mail the scan copy of counter slip provided by the bank with their names, Mobile no. & nearby
Airport written on it through hr_puran@[Link]

E-Air/Train Tickets along with the hall tickets will be mailed to the candidates E-Mail Id, soon after the confirmation of
amount. One extra person is allowed with the female candidates.

Note: Female candidates will be deputed at their hometown only.

Refundable security amount is just the security amount to ensure that if the company is providing you the Air/Train
tickets then the candidate should be present at the time of Interview. Amount will be refunded soon after the reporting
of the candidate for interview without any deduction.
