With reference to the online job posting, I am applying for the job of Senior Officer – Office
of Admissions. I hold a degree in commerce and have completed my ACCA. I have been
working in education sector for last six years in various admission administrative capacities for
last Six (06) years and feel that I perfectly match requirements for the post of Senior Officer –
Office of Admissions.

I started my career as an admission officer in Heritage International College, University of


South Asia, Lahore in 2013. Since then I have worked with various educational institutes in
related capacities including Global Institute Lahore, ILM College – University of Management
& Technology, and Superior College. Currently, I am serving as Manager Admissions at Ripah
Community College – Canal Campus Lahore.

Rising from the junior post of admissions officer, I have thorough understanding of the
admissions processes and procedures. At two educational institutes, I have successfully
planned and executed admissions campaigns. I am also experienced in administration of
admission tests, interviews, and reviewing admissions documents such like personal
summaries, LoRs, experience certificates and other related testimonials.

Further, my educational credentials give me considerable advantage on assessment and


analysis of financial aspects of admissions process. In the past, I have developed budgets in
accordance with the financial needs of institutes. I have remained an institutional part of overall
financial strategy of admissions process at my previous jobs.

Lastly, I have considerable experience dealing and communicating with applicants, students,
parents, and faculty members. I can handle both verbal and electronic aspects of
communication to provide information in due course of admission enquiry and communication
of results of admission process.

Considering my experience and other credentials, I believe that I am a strong candidate for the
advertised post. Further, I believe that a Job at LUMS will be professionally rewarding for me
