7.2 Design Concept
The design concept of the proposal is neo futuristic and environmental friendly.
That will provide a completely new experience through various service offered that would
bring effectiveness of spaces, function and comfort to the users.
7.3 Sub- Concept
7.3.1 Form- Concept
The form of the design of the
proposed poroject is inspired by five
fingers. It is a series of a cove located
on the western section of mariveles.
The five zones of the proposed project
will be adopted by the five fingers of the
island.
7.3.2 Function Concept
The function of the proposed development will served as a major transport
facility, which will cater the needs of locals and travelers. It will display the different
transportation mode where the passengers choose from depending on their own

7.3.3 Time Concept
Transportation plays an important part in our daily lives. It is important na

The proposed project will ensure the appropriateness of the space based
on its function, the effective and efficient optimization of staff. The use of energy efficient
consumption with natural lighting wherever possible.
7.4 Style Guiding Principles
7.4.1 General Architectural Character
Neo- Futurism
Neo-futurism is a late-20th/early-21st century architectural style. It
evolved out of high-tech architecture, developing many of the same themes and
ideas. It is seen as a departure from the more skeptical and referential style of
post-modernism, and more of an idealistic approach to the future.
Sustainable Architecture
Sustainable architecture is architecture that seeks to minimize the
negative environmental impact of buildings by efficiency and moderation in the use of
materials, energy, and development space and the ecosystem at large.
