The followings are rates for the construction of the various Structural
items at the work site within Klang Valley, Malaysia and its vicinity. The
rates are based on the prices quoted by subcontractors/suppliers and have
included basic material, labour, P&E, wastage but have not included the on-
cost mark-up for profit & attendance by the Main Contractor.
