Professional Development Plan

This is a roadmap that consists of skills, strategies, and educational needs to further an

individual’s in their career and life to achieve professional goals (Johnson & Smith, 2018).

Moreover, it is seen that the plan is a continuous process of acquiring knowledge and skills that

are associated with one’s profession and learning environment.

It has been seen that teacher performance plays a vital part in teacher education. My teaching

performance in clinical practice has shown that there are positive response patterns, and the

students are seen to pay close attention to the various aspects of the teaching process.

On this professional learning plan, the areas that I would like to improve on are such as content

coverage and delivery of teaching goals and objectives. Therefore, it is seen that the professional

learning plan helps students to focus on their learning and achieve their targets (Bynog, 2016).

The purpose of this plan is to make sure that learners can develop their skills and enjoy the

learning aspect at all times.
