RESOLUTION NO. O2-2013
EXPRESSING DEEP SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCES OF THE
OFFICIALDOM OF BARANGAY LUBAS TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE
LATE JOHN P. ALCIDO, FORMER BARANGAY KAGAWAD OF LUBAS, LA
TRINIDAD, BENGUET.
WHEREAS, the officialdom of Lubas were saddened over the death of Mr.
John P. Alcido, former Kagawad of Barangay Lubas, on January 20, 2013;
WHEREAS, he served the Barangay with utmost dedication from 2002-
2010 as Barangay Kagawad;
WHEREAS, during his term as Barangay Official, he was an embodiment
of a true servant leader, exemplifying selflessness and unfading commitment in
serving the people of Lubas, La Trinidad;
WHEREAS, his passing away is indeed a great loss to the family,
relatives and friends, but his vision and accomplishment for the betterment of
the community will be long remembered in the hearts of the people of Lubas,
La Trinidad, Benguet;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion, duly seconded, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby done, to express deep sympathy and
condolences of the officialdom of Barangay Lubas and the people of Lubas to
the bereaved family of Mr. John P. Alcido, former Kagawad of Barangay Lubas,
La Trinidad, Benguet;
RESOLVED, further and finally, to forward copies hereof to the bereaved
family of Mr. John P. Alcido for their information.

RESOLUTION NO. O5-2013
A RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF LUBAS, LA
TRINIDAD, BENGUET REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF 10,000.00 FROM THE
BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND-SUPPORT TO AGRICULTURE FY 2011
INTENDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FOOT BRIDGE WHICH WILL BE
REALIGNED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE PATHWAY AT
PIPINGEW, LUBAS, LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET.
WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Lubas decided and approved that
the amount of 10,000.00 will be realigned for the construction of concrete
pathway at Pipingew, Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet;
WHEREAS, construction of concrete pathway is a need for the residents
and farmers to transport materials and their basic needs to their houses and
farms.
NOW THEREFORE on motion of Kag. Delfin D. Cua-at dulyy seconded
and approved by the body, be it.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby done the resolution of the Sangguniang
Barangay of Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet realigning the amount of 10,000.00
from the Barangay Development Fund-Support to Agriculture FY 2011
intended for the construction of foot bridge which will be realigned to the
construction of a concrete pathway at Pipingew, Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet.
RESOLVED FURTHER AND FINALLY to submit copies of this resolution

A RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF LUBAS, LA
TRINIDAD, BENGUET APPROPRIATING FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (50,000.00)
FROM THE CALAMITY FUND OF FY 2012 FOR THE RIP RAPPING OF THE
ROAD AT GUITLEY, LUBAS, LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET.
WHEREAS, the road at Guitley, Lubas needs rip rapping to avoid further
damage to the road;
WHEREAS, construction of a rip rap entails safety and security to
residents and vehicles using the road.
NOW THEREFORE on motion of Kag. Marcelo P. Salipio duly seconded
and approved by the body, be it.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby done the resolution of the Sangguniang
Barangay of Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet appropriating fifty thousand pesos
(50,000.00) from the Calamity Fund of FY 2012 for the rip rapping of the road
at Guitley, Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet.

RESOLUTION NO. 11-2013
A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF LUBAS AND
THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (BDC) OF LUBAS, LA TRINIDAD,
BENGUET REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF BENGUET
THROUGH HON. NESTOR B. FONGWAN, GOVERNOR OF BENGUET TO
ALLOCATE FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (1,500,000.00) FOR THE FINISHING OF THE MULTI-
PURPOSE HALL LOCATED AT LUBAS PROPER, LUBAS, LA TRINIDAD,
BENGUET.
WHEREAS, due to the limited sources of the Barangay and even the
municipality, it could hardly provide funds for the finishing of the multi-
purpose hall and others that are necessary for the implementation of basic
services to its constituents;
WHEREAS, finishing of the multi-purpose hall is of great help in
Barangay Lubas to house activities conducted by the general public;
WHEREAS, Barangay Lubas has no multi-purpose hall building to
accommodate important events of the different segments of the society.
NOW THEREFORE on motion in mass duly seconded and approved by
the body, be it.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby done the joint resolution of the Sangguniang
Barangay of Lubas and the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of Lubas, La
Trinidad, Benguet requesting the provincial government of Benguet through
Non. Nestor B. Fongwan, Governor of Benguet to allocate fund in the amount of
one million five hundred thousand pesos (1,500,000.00) for the finishing of the
multi-purpose hall located at Lubas Proper, Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet.
RESOLVED FURTHER AND FINALLY to submit copies of this resolution
to the office of the Hon. Governor Nestor B. Fongwan.
