Of cebu ,generating knowlegeable,skilled and
value_laden NICEAN Graduates competent to
engage in tha global work place and are endowed
with the dignity and commitment to conribute
to the development of the family,community,the
nation and the contemporary worl.
Mission
Carcar City College ensures that NICEANs gain access to
to quality tertiary education by providing outcome-
based degree programs with special emphasis in the
field s of communication,agriculture and fisheries,
governance,management,law enforcement and
technical-vocational courses in accordance with the
changes needs of the time and to render positive
changes in the lives of the Carcaranons through relevant
researches and community extension services.
