Where there is conflict between any Standards, Procedures or Specifications published, the Common Standards that are applicable network wide take precedence,
unless otherwise indicated.

Engineering Instructions take precedence over Standards, Procedures and Specifications for that particular subject.

Signalling Procedures are published by document category which is based on the life cycle of the infrastructure and then by detail code which groups particular
infrastructure elements together.

The State in which the document is applicable is shown in the Applicability table. Note, documents marked with NSW applicability also apply to QLD by default.
