Resolution No. 3 S 2016
A resolution requesting Hon. Chairman Noel Ver E. Sabinorio of Brgy. Tabing, Tabango, Leyte
to designate Brgy. Tanod to safeguard and drive away students of Pastor Salazar National
High School caught playing basketball and loitering within the barangay jurisdiction to the school
campus during class hours .
WHEREAS, the school experiences this problem for quite a long period of time
WHEREAS, the school finds this reason of students tardiness and absenteeism leading to drop
out and failures.
WHEREAS, this body felt the need and the urgency of the said request to eliminate drop out
and failure rate.
WHEREAS, the school strongly believes the capacity of our Brgy. Tanods to lessen and
eventually solve this problem.
NOW WHEREFORE
Be it resolved by the GPTA , SSG and Faculty Association to request Hon. Chairman Noel Ver
E. Sabinorio to take immediate action of this request of Pastor Salazar National High Schhol.

Resolution no. 4 S 2016
A resolution requesting Hon. Chairman Noel Ver E. Sabinorio of Brgy. Tabing, Tabango, Leyte to initiate
a barangay resolution to observe and conduct founding Anniversary celebration of Pastor Salazar
National High School every ______ of September in observance of the school ‘s donor , the late Pastor
Salazar.
WHEREAS, the school would like to take this celebration as our way of extending gratitude to the family
of the donor.
WHEREAS, the school has never been observe this event for quite a long period of years since the
school was founded.
WHEREAS, the school would like to take this opportunity to gather individulas who in one way or
another made the existence of the school.
WHEREAS, the school consider this event to showcase culture and custom likewise students innate
plowess.
WHEREAS, the body felt the need and the urgency of this request for an immediate implementation
next S.Y 2017-2018 specifically by September __________.
NOW WHEREFORE
Be it resolved by the GPTA , SSG and Faculty Association to request Hon. Chairman Noel Ver E. Sabinorio
to take immediate action of this request of Pastor Salazar National High School.
