Contact us always before a return and send in the return form that came with
the part.
Returned goods shall be properly packaged and returned by the same shipping method as
supply from us (Business package), not for ransom. Transport damage should the recipient
be reported immediately to the appropriate carrier. Delivery note, invoice or cash receipt
must always be attached to the package to be dealt with by us !

Warranty
30 days warranty, for engine and gearbox 90 days warranty, unless otherwise agreed. For
other parts apply 30 days warranty. Components supplied at time of the engine, such as
clutch, fuel supply, ignition systems, manifolds, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty does not include the assembly and disassembly costs. We never replace travel
expenses, but pay for return shipping in cases where the part is sent to you.

Return Policy
You have 14 days from when you receive the goods. Right of return for companies is 8 days
from delivery date. Shipping cost and 10% of the retail price is not covered. Dismantled or
fixed parts will not be returned. In case the customer orders wrong parts the customer
pays shipping both ways + administrative cost that is 10% of retail price.
Returned parts without the receipt note will not be treated!
