Systematics Assignment
1. Shortcomings of Blockchain Technology
Complexity – The industry is very complicated and to enter in this domain it
requires highly specialized industry learning
Network Size – It requires a large network of users. For a chain to work
efficiently and to its fullest extent it requires a robust network
Human Error – If this technology is used as database then one major thing to
be kept in mind is the quality of data. The data needs to be accurate in first

5. Applications of Blockchain, IoT and AI – OLA Cabs
Ridlr being a subsidiary of Ola Cabs has tied up with BEST buses to setup. For this it
has tied up with Qualcomm technologies, to setup GPS and Wifi based tracking
devices on each bus after which the conductor would be able to verify the tickets
booked through the Ridlr app in 10 seconds apart from the fact the ticket would be
auto verified from the IoT enabled devices. Ola has also leveraged AI and ML
technologies to create the Ola Guardian Software. Here Ola would immediately
contact the rider in case the cab is directed or changes its route midway and all the
routes that the cab can pass safely would be calculate din real time using the AI and
ML technologies that the company has leveraged.
