2. Bore Reaming

two reamers. For JF010E valve bodies use
reamer F-113741-RM17 ONLY.
Ream secondary pulley control valve bore (for
reaming instructions/reamer care, please visit
[Link]). Sonnax reaming tool kit
F-113741-RM17 and VB-FIX are required
for this operation.

VACUUM
a. Ensure all debris has been removed from TEST
valve bore and body. 16"-Hg
b. Install Sonnax secondary pulley control valve.
c. Reinstall OE spring.
