The contract allows Shaukat Omar Memorial Hospital to terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice if the firm fails to provide service as per the contractual conditions. This action must follow a written notification of shortcomings to the firm, allowing reasonable time for remedial action .
The engineer's prompt response to service calls, required within 3 hours during normal working hours, is critical to ensuring the system's 90% uptime target.
