3. Procedure:
Step 1 : Logon to the server to access via mstsc.

Step 2 : Open Start -> Control panel -> Administrative tools -> computer management
Step 3 : Computer management wizard will be open.
Step 4 : Select Computer management -> System tools -> Local users and Groups
-> Groups -> Remote desktop users.

Step 5 : Open the Remote desktop user properties and click add.

Step 6 : Enter the user name in the object name and click check name it find and
show the user name. Click ok. It ask user name and password enter and click ok.
Step 7 : User successfully added in the member list.
