INTRODUCTION
It is an Indian drama Anthology series written and directed by Richie Mehta.

CHARACTER SKETCH
 Shefali Shah: She plays the role of DCP of South Delhi Vartika
Chaturvedi who heads the police investigation of the case.
 Rasika Dugal: She plays the role of Neeti Singh who is an under training
IPS officer.
 Rajesh Tailing: Plays the role of an inspector, a key official involved in
the investigation of the case.
 Adil Hussain: Plays the role of the commissioner of police of South
Delhi Mr. Vijay Kumar
 Denzil Smith: Plays the role of spouse of DCP Vartika Chaturvedi.
 Sanjay Bishnoi: He is playing the role of the male victim Akash who is a
friend of the female victim and was present with her during the heinous
crime.

MAIN STORYLINE
The story of Delhi Crime captures the investigation of the real incident of the
horrific rape case which made the huge headlines internationally when
Nirbhaya, a 23- year old physiotherapy student was brutally raped and beaten
by 5 men and a teenager in a moving bus on 16 December 2012 in New Delhi.
The story is showcased in the viewpoint of Vartika Chaturvedi a police officer
who takes on the case like it is her own.

CONCLUSION
It is a very thrilling series. As soon as you start watching this series you get so
engrossed in it as if you are trapped in a web. As you further watch the series
you start feeling the feel of disgust by seeing what did the victim was going
through and what all happened to her. There is a moment wherein the main
culprit explains the whole scene how did he rape and beat her. That moment the
feeling you feel is that you yourself get in there and beat him to an extreme
level. At the end this series just rushes down chills in your spine. It is an
amazing series with an extra-ordinary work done by the star cast.
