Every person has a high skills and low skills. These two will be met in time by challenges. When
our high skills meet low challenges we feel bored. When our low skills meet low challenges we feel
apathetic. When our low skills meet high challenges in life we feel fear. The last quadrant dictates our
Flow. When in our high skills meet high challenges we are being brought to another level of ourselves.
This leads us to another level of maturity as well as productivity.
