SHE moment was conducted by HSSE personnel.

1. Tool Box Meeting (TBM) & HITS shall be conducted every

morning on 6.45 am.
2. Mass TBM with all contractors every Monday on 6.45 am
3. Meeting Coordination Safety every Saturday 14.00
4. Safety Meeting monthly every Saturday, every end of
month.
5. PPE shall be completed
6. Weekly safety report shall be submit every week
7. GTA shall comply to safety project requirement
8. Working at Height full body hardness shall be proper
used, inspection conducted by GTA every month and will
check by Scaffold Certified Inspector.
9. For WAH and should be check by medicine and paramedic
for get approval fit to task. Info

Inspection (RFI)

 For Inspection location at site :
- RFI/NFI will be submitted to Company by 1 day
before of inspection in advance at 3.00 PM at the
latest.
- NFI for inspection outer site should be submit 3 day
in advance. GTA Closed
- RFI/NFI shall be submitted directly by JEC’s Inspector
to CPY’s Inspector.
- Final Confirmation will be informed during daily
Toolbox meeting.
- Surveillance and observation will be conduct by CPY
without any NFI from JEC&GTA.
