Technology. One of our course subject is Capstone Project. This course subject helps us learn
more about the topic area and develop skills in research design, collection and analysis of

information regarding your position as a school principal for our research entitled “Research and
Extension Office (REO) Management System”.

conducted by Efren Reniel B. San Gaspar, Jomelle S. Cea & Michael B. Gapangada for a
Capstone Project course project at Catanduanes State University. I have had the opportunity
to ask any questions related to this study, to receive satisfactory answers to my questions, and
any additional details I wanted.
I am aware that I have the option of allowing my interview to be tape recorded to ensure
an accurate recording of my responses.
I am also aware that excerpts from the interview may be included in the course project
paper to come from this research, with the understanding that the quotations will be
