Re: Introducing SOCSO’s Job Search and Match Portal
Greetings and Salutations! In our continuous strive to provide you services of
excellence, it gives me great pleasure to announce to you that SOCSO will be
launching its first Job Search and Match Portal this coming October 2019.
A Smart Search and Match solution that uses the technology from the Netherlands
with customization to the Malaysian context includes artificial intelligence and skill
based matching solutions which generates greater talent match accuracy. This
technology has been widely used by top Public Employment Services providers
throughout the world including Belgium, Netherlands, Saudi and Singapore with
proven match results.
Driven by the Employment Insurance System (EIS) and being a Public Employment
Services Provider, Employment Services is provided for more than 40,000
beneficiaries under this scheme apart from beneficiaries with disabilities through the
Return to Work Program, graduates and well as the general public, SOCSO realizes
the need to have a job portal that does not merely rely on keyword based search but
a more robust matching capacity which includes bidirectional matching, allowing a
greater matching score.
This portal not only provides you great technological solution but also individuals
support by our SOCSO key accounts who will be pleased to assist you in your talent
requirements. Moreover, all services provided by SOCSO, including posting of
vacancies are free of charge.
As a preparation for the launch of this portal, we hope to make the registration process
as smooth and as easy as possible. Basic employer information from the SOCSO
Assist Portal will be automatically migrated allowing employers to update their profiles.
However, as the officer in charge of vacancies or recruitment may differ from the
officer in charge of contributions, we seek your kind corporation to provide us the
information of the officer in charge of recruitment or posting of vacancies by filling in
their basic information and vacancies for posting via the form attached
to jobportal@[Link] before the 15th of September 2019.
