TASK SHEET 4-3.1

Title: Set-up Computer Servers, Maintain and Repair Computer Systems and Networks

Performance Objective: Given all the materials, you are required to perform the
following competencies with allotted time of 1 hour

Supplies/Materials : Pen, MIC Template , Peripherals, Windows Server 2008R2

Equipment : Complete set of Personal computer,

Steps/Procedure:

1. Go to your assigned PC
2. Prepare the tools, materials and equipment needed for the task.
3. OHS must be observed properly.
4. Dis assemble your PC.
5. List down all the items using the Maintenance Inspection Checklist Template
4.3-1.
6. Determine if the given items need to be clean or not.
7. Mark the appropriate status for the item.
8. Review your checklist.
9. Present your work to the trainer.

Demonstration with oral questioning using Performance Criteria Checklist
