PT. Sunan Heritage Development saw an increase in net income from 2012 to 2013 according to its income statement. Net income rose from Rp1.29 billion in 2012 to Rp4.25 billion in 2013, an increase of 230%. While sales declined 38% from 2012 to 2013, cost of goods sold fell significantly more at 58%. As a result, gross profit rose 5% from 2012 to 2013. Operating expenses also dropped substantially from 2012 to 2013, falling 62%. This led to a large increase in operating income of 219% and ultimately the large increase in net income.
