HON. MANUEL MAMBA

Governor
Provincial Government of Cagayan

Dear Governor Mamba:

Greetings!

I am writing to apply for the following positions, posted as one among the available vacant
positions: Administrative Aide II (Messenger), and Administrative Aide I (Utility Worker), both
under the Provincial Accountant’s Office, and Administrative Aide I (Utility) under the
Provincial Assessor’s Office.

With an AB in Public Administration degree, I have acquired the necessary skills and
comprehension in doing clerical and technical works which I believe, is needed in the positions I am
applying.

Before my engagement in the public institution, I was able to work under different private
agencies which paved the way into enriching most of my plausible characteristics. I was able to work
under pressure, with minimal supervision. I also experienced working under the national agency,
specifically the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) as Clerk. These
experiences served as my training ground for the positions I am aspiring for.

Currently, I am still working as Administrative Aide (Clerk I) of the Office of the Provincial
Administrator. I was able to master the processes in the dispensation and routing of the above
mentioned documents. With my motto, “Para sa Bayan”, I was able to convince myself that public
service truly means sacrificing everything for the development of Cagayan. Despite my minimal wage,
I am confident enough to state that I have done no derogatory act that will tarnish my credibility.

Lastly, as an advocate of the CAGANDA 2025, I believe that an employee like me, who possess
passion and dedication in serving Cagayanos, will be an asset for the Cagayanos.

With all that was said, I am thanking you for taking time to consider my letter of application.

Thank you, and God bless!

Sincerely,

MERCIE A. COBO
Applicant
