If an applicant does not want to participate in the auto slide up process, after taking admission in a Lower “Choice of
Preference” to “Higher Choice of Preference, in this case applicant has to give consent by login to annexure – 7 link available
on their own SAMS Login portal.
By clicking on YES, the applicant is not interested in Slide-up to higher 'Choice of Preference' option and want to
continue at the admitted (Lower preferred choice) College.
େଯଉଁମାେନ େଗାଟିଏ ଅନୁ ାନେର admission େନବା ପେର ପରବ ୀ ସମୟେର ଆଉ higher choice ଅନୁ ାନକୁ ଯିବାକୁ ଚାହଁୁନାହଁା ି ଏବଂ ଥମେର admission େହାଇ ବା

Slide up Option Form
Excluding the students, who have submitted their consent through Annexure-7, all students going to be slide up in the second
or subsequent selection shall be informed through SMS/e-mail to submit the “Slide Up option form” for availing the slide up
facility.
If an applicant wants to participate in the slide up process, after taking admission in a Lower “Choice of Preference”, in
this case applicant has to give consent by login to “Slide up Option Form” link available on their own SAMS Login to go
to Higher Choice of Preference College”.
By clicking on YES, the applicant will be considered for Slide-up to higher 'Choice of Preference' option.
Otherwise, s/he will not be taken up for slide up process.
